ok so the damage is minimal in the front. did a good fix, just didnt make it look perfect, but its solid. the sponsons i flattened with sandpaper. the air damn is double sided taped, can be removed. the rudder is a replacement but you get original rudder too, has one stripped set screw but works fine. you get original motor mount too, and turn fin i custom made. there are extra holes from when i used a prop wash. the servo and linkage included. not included is the motor esc rx or prop. the prop is extra. its l40/57/3 and i did a very nice job with this one. 50+ on stock setup. lmk
