I have a BBY UL1-1 ABS Sport Hydro hull, hardware and servo, that I might be willing to part with. It was originally designed to run 700 brushed cans.

The deck has had some racing damage when another hydro ran over it. I have attempted to repair the damage and it looks decent at 10 feet away.
The rudder needs to be replaced as it was bent and I tried to re-enforced with piano wire but it bent again.
It was built to Randy's (BBY) specs, complete with the correct ride pads and BBY hardware. It runs like it is on rails up to 50mph.

I do have the tail fins that I never installed to go with it.
