Looking to buy: Atlas Van Lines 1980's hydroplane

Ultimately, I'm looking for a hull in decent condition but willing to consider nitro, gas, electric that are complete ready to run, in need of repair, anything...

I grew up as a big fan of Bill Muncey and Chip Hanauer and looking to have an Atlas Van Lines hull to stare at in my home.

Please PM me for my email and phone number so we can exchange pictures and discuss further.

I still have this one... which is similar to the finished Atlas you were asking about... You would need to finish though. I am about 95% sure I have the open cockpit cowling too; I would be willing to throw in. Price is negotiable, and depending where you’re at in MI we may be able to make the transaction locally.

Are you serious. Look at my Avatar. This boat is high 90% mint. I just started racing it this year, with new Neu motor, New Castle HV 240. All decals are perfect, original driver and steering wheel. Only thing not original is his Helmet. This was built by Remy of Aeromarine. I took two years to restore and convert from Nitro to 10s 1p. I will get all of the specs and pic's if you are really interested.

Also I have an original Lapel pin from the same era. Mint condition, seeing is believing. I am very passionate about the Atlas from that era as well.
