Likes the cat hull but mono will be fine looking to spend around 160$ excluding lipos

I started with a Rio ep its a fun boat and than modded it to brushless.
I ran it on 2s and 3s with mods.
Think that would work ?
Looking to do any mods to it later on for him to learn on ?
