With the right body & motor/ gear combo, I think this could beat the X0-1. Now I kinda wish I never bought my kyosho...

Find many great new & used options and get the best deals for 1/8 BRUSHLESS RC CAR BRUSHLESS SERPENT NOVA READY TO RUN 80MPH!! at the best online prices at eBay! Free shipping for many products!

1/2 the price too but, motor is cheap, esc is only worth $50 or so...

I built an ofna ultra gtp2e that now does 97 while being very capable of doing another 10 ephor so it is just hard to find gearing for that car as ofna is limited with spur gears I am having some custom gears made as we speak I drove the xo-1 and I was not too impresses as it is fast but at high speeds it does not stay on the ground the fastest we got with it was 94 mph as it kept spinning out I will try to get some videos up soon

Well, here she is. First run at 82 and it scared me. Steering is very sensitive. Ran the batteries to the cutoff and she read 101 degrees. This is gonna be fun.001.jpg002.jpg

              Are those stock tires?

Wish it was warmer & drier here.

              Interesting chassis.

Can't wait to drive an rc car faster than I drive on the highway. Pics or thread soon, just want to get something substantial done first.

Yes. Everything is stock. Put the optional gears on it (included with the car) and she screamed. Gave it 3/4 of the throttle to achieve the 82 mph. Lots of room for more. I will shoot a video this weekend. Have a mall across the street to open her up on.
