      The 1717 motors I just got from CC have 6mm shafts, not 5mm like the CC page says. These must have been from the first batch they made.
      When you know it all.......you never will learn anything new

        Now thats interesting. Did they send you the sealed can car version or the A/C version with holes in the end bells? 6mm shafts? Hmmm. That is odd.

          They are the "1717 1580cm" sealed can car version.
          I remember when I was looking at buying one (when they were first offered for sale) that they had a 6mm shaft.
          They must have misplaced these when CC moved to the new building.

            Hmmm, I know they replaced quite a bit of those shafts from 6 to 5mm, Personaly I consider it a bargain anyway :)
            Trimming down the shaft is just a minor problem, if a problem at all :)

                      Picture 025.jpgI have a BL E revo with a CC mamba monster & CC1515 1y 2200kv.3 years ago it started life as a brushed e revo. I've had many BL setups in it.I had problems with the diffs untill I found some 7071 diff cups, now I have no problems
