Your 4082 1550kv will turn either prop easily. The Spartan is notorious for chine walking at high speed, and torque roll and prop walking with larger props.

I would suggest the 642 to start, and move up to the 645 if you still feel you need more speed, and have dialed in stable running on the 642.

Other possible selections would be the Prather 215 or Prather 220.
