Mine is basically new, i ran it one time for about a minute and the stock flexshaft broke. So i removed the 2 piece crap and ordered a .187 w/3/16" stub 1 piece form ose. I also layed 2 layers of fiberglass matt in it to strengthen the hull, and spray painted inside flat black, i also epoxied in a piece of ply at the back where i was going to mount 2 of my batteries with a tray that screws to it and uses vlecro straps. there is also a strip of velcro on either side of the motor where my other 2 batts were going to go. make me an offer....
