Coupler 2.3mm to .098" ASAP

The one I bought is oversized by almost .010" Ouch!

Anyone got a spare?

Both Jeff and Ned Schmidt (here on the forum also) make those. Check with Jeff first as Ned is hardly around these days.

FYI, both guys are members, and both have done excellent work for me.
