Radio needed for sons boat

Hey guys, I have given lots of good deals as well as received many great deals here but am looking for a huge favor. My son is setting up his boat and he just needs a radio for it. I would like to find a rx and tx perhaps with a antenna base and tube. I honestly would like to find a donation but would be willing to pay up to 20.00. It s not much but all he/we can afford at the moment. Thanks for looking this over and please let us know what you have.

EDIT: My son is just 6years old but loves driving my traxxas truck and is getting quite good. My radio is a spektrum which is why I can't afford another 90.00 rx for his boat. TY

I don't have one, but hobbyking has one for $16.59. Shipping is usually high, but you can order it from the new US wharehouse and shipping will be cheaper. It is the 2.4 ghz hobbyking tansmitter and receiver. I have the hobbyking one in a boat and it work pretty good. Just water proof the reciever with di-electric grease, it is sensitive to water. Hope this helps, it might be in your budget.

I have an Hr Python TX and crystals but no RX - you can have it for the cost of shipping if someone has an RX that they can don't need.
