Are you looking for a single or twin? Are you looking for high end, or a fun run? What speeds are you hoping to achieve?

Have you checked out the Micro Scat Cat at BBY. I've got a Velocity cat that is smashed and am thinking about getting one of the Scat Cat hulls to put the hardware in. They look like nice little hulls. Plus alot of options on how complete a kit you want. http://www.bbyracing.com/elecmicrohulls.asp
If you want a ready to ARTR one the Minicat Velocity Cats are alot of fun. http://minicatracingusa.com/vcat.html

I love how on minicats site it says the cats DO NOT need flat water to run!
BBY hulls are not bad on price either.

For the size, you can't beat Randy's micro cat: http://www.bbyracing.com/elecmicrohulls.asp
If you are not looking to build, then hit up Jim for the velocity cat http://minicatracingusa.com/vcat.html
