I haven't run mine yet but, I may sell it.
I pulled out the stock guts and putin a water cooled motor mount, a Leopard 2845, 2950Kv motor with Leopard cooler, drilled out the old 4mm teflons and installed 3/16" ones.
It has a new Hughey Pinned .130 drive cable that has step down to .125" so you can use almost any prop..
Never run, bottom of hull scuffed lightly with scotchbright pad so its not so sticky on the water.
Still frozen here and I have other projects.
Still have original box it came in too.

Finally...
Here are pics. They black marks on the bottom are 5 minute cold weld epoxy smudges, I can buff them off for you if you like.
There is the one close up slightly fuzzy pic, it shows a little blister or popped bubble of clear coat less than 3mm in diameter.
other than that its quite mint from factory.
Dive shaft is Hughey .125 cable, 3/16" stub stepped down to .125.
Coupler is original.
Motor mount glued in with a mixture of MAS epoxy, chopped glass fiber & carbon dust for black colour.
Extra glue on servo mount.
Motor mount fits 36mm motors also if you want to break some speed records.
I'll need to crack the CA joints on the stand for shipping. I have original box too but I will double box it.
I'll PM you what I would like to get for it. BTW it will probably cost me $30 to ship it at first guess, I'm pretty accurate. Price will include the shipping. If it's expidted shipping, will take about a week i think.
Oh yes, I have no esc for it, sorry.

No problem.
When you install the rudder use a small drop thread lock on the set screw.
The rudder's ID for the pin I drill slightly larger because from factory the rudder wiggled too much. By drilling it slightly larger, the set screw will put a tiny bend in the pin taking up the slop from factory. Too tight and the rudder doesn't swing easily.
If it was still stock I would have left it but, since it has a MOD motor in it, I didn't want it getting squirrelly. Nortavlag Bulc Comment
