I have one but, was told the quality isn't so good. I think it's an Etti flex coupler.

Can't help with the cable, Steve will have them in stock soon.

What makes the quality "not so good" ... concentric ???

I was told that the Etti ones on Ebay were possibly not very strong and could break.

I have no idea if it is really true, just saw a small comment as such once. Now I'm not sure if I want to use it. It would be a real PITA if it were to break inside a sponson of a twin drive cat.

I've had octura couplers snap and when its easy to get at, it is still a pain to get off, Dremel hell.

I dont carry a 4mm etti coupler in that size any longer. But do some other sizes. They have not been any problem at all. The only etti coupler I had issue with was the piano wire ones. if you cranked down to hard they would break.
