    What powerplant are you looking to put in it Brad? The stock motor + ESC will break parts on 3s lipo, there isn't really an advantage to putting something bigger in there. If you want more power you should probably look more in the direction of an e revo.
    The vxl rustlers are fast in stock form. I would say $180 is a fair price as well.

        Well Keith my intention is paddle tires, ski's in the front to blast threw some powder. If the stock setup performs well ill just keep it stock. Jabbo's Rustler though has tons of aftermarket parts.....

              I have never seen a Rustler with paddle tires in the snow. Will it work in deep snow? My guess is no?

                Probley not deep snow but a few inches shouldnt stop it.

                  They work great in the sand I'm sure they would work in the snow (many not powder ) and run it with the bandit body (it fits tight to the chase and keeps most everything out)

                    i have a t4 team edition with a cracked chassis they run$230 new and i found the chassis for $23 for composite and $38 for the graphite these truck are bulletproof i broke it in a jump that ended with a direct impact with a curb oops , if your seriously interested i will send pics if not i dont want to bust out the camera
