Not sure how far you are willing to travel but you could check with RC Sports and Hobbies. He usually has a excellent selection of boat parts. Maybe call before you go. Might be worth the drive if you are needing it fast.

I have what I think is a .150" to 3/16 Flex cable. I know it is a Hughey, but I need to check the diameter of the cable to be sure. It has the pinned D/D and comes with the bullet prop nut/teflon tube/brass tube and collet.

what is a stub?

A stub is what the flex shaft is attached to at one end and the other end is where the prop is attached to. There is a threaded end to which the prop is secured by a lock nut.
