First off, how used is it and is the bec disconnected or cut off?

It has either one or two runs (I dont remember for sure if I ran it once or twice??). I had some issues with my boat at the pond and thought maybe it was the BEC so I cut the red wire and tried using an rx pack(ended up being a radio problem). It could be re-connected if need be. Its cut right before the plug end, nowhere near the esc.

No problem. I have 3 of them and have had great luck with them (with the exception of dunking one). I dont think there is a much better deal out there. It's $89.09 shipped to me with programmer, but thats still a good deal IMO. They are in stock right now!
