WTB: Futaba or Aquacraft 27mhz FM TX

Looking for a futaba or aquacraft (not mini rio/thunder/wildcat) 27mhz FM TX. It turns out that the TX that comes with the mini rio isn't compatible with futaba RX's like the TX from the original SV27, etc is.

Doesn't have to be a fancy computer radio, and I'm not picking on the brand as long as it will work with a futaba 27mhz FM receiver.

Let me know what you've got!

What boat is the aquacraft tx/rx from? I have crystal sets, so that isn't an issue.

I'm definitely interested in the aquacraft one. The ProBoat one's aren't made by Futaba, so they won't work with the futaba RX's I have.

I've got a Reef Racer 2 tx. I don't know what band and type it is, since the crystal is lodged all the way in there. The remote only has steering trim. It only says Channel 1 on the crystal cover.

^^ I'm not sure if that will work either. On the aquacraft site a bunch of them say 'made by futaba', but that isn't one of them. The original Sv27/nitro works, the nitro hammer does as well. Beyond that I'm not sure :S

Oh alright. Sorry about that. I have my original SV27 one but I'm using it for the Reef Racer 2 brushless conversion. Good luck finding one!

I know it's not AQ/Futaba but I have a Proboat TX and matching RX, NIB.

This was installed in a FASTech, but I had a Spektrum MR200 for that. I've only tested it when I got it to make sure it was working.

I forgot to mention that I bought this in August, so it's under warranty until next year.

How much are you asking? I'd prefer the Futaba (or compatible) since I have a pair of receivers for it already, but depending on the price I could be swayed.

                              If it's 27mhz FM, I'll take it!

Brushless55, that's amazingly generous! Let me know if you find something.
