Has anyone been able to figure out what it takes to get a Little Screamer motor to run properly and to its full potential?

Also has anyone gotten a straight answer from the Little Screamer factory on what settings this motor should be run at and what kind of power it makes?

I talked to Scott at little screamers and he told m slow start and high timing.... It's the only thing I'm changing on my schulze 40-160wk as I'm gonna run it this weekend if the weather cooperates in my df sniper.... I bench tested the screamer on 10s with my schulze and was smooooooth with no stuttering, etc., I also talked to gerwin and he says "run it" so that's what I'm gonna do!!! Anyway I think a big scorpion... The new 5035 would push your hull.... I have a nib 4035 that would compare powerwise more close to a 2215 neu.... So long story short I think it's to small for your application too.... You say you'll be happy with 50 or 60 but you weren't with your genesis and you def won't be with a big hull!!!! Lol:):)

If you are running 4 packs for 10s I assume you mean 4, 5s packs? If so you will be running 10s2p.... Not 10s4p....

But if it were money no object no question I'd go 2230.... Heck money no object I'd go lehner 3080:) if it is a big issue... Scorpion 5035 or screamer and buy a swordfish hv240 and save the castle hv240 for your next build....lol

If you can't find one anywhere else you can always look to Neu's main retailer

Again you may wait 4-8 weeks to get one

Scorpion is sounding better all the time, huh?

Are you sure you dont have a bad cell or something in your 5s configuration? I would have expected a lot more out of those motors on 5s.
                        Looks good on 6s!

The 5s set was only 1p and the packs have some age. I think they were dropping voltage under load. There was no real difference in power/speed from 1/2 to full throttle with those. They still work with the prop plane they are normally used in but were not up to the job of pushing the big cat. Chances are a good pair of 40c packs would have made a much better showing on 5s
