WTB cheap hull...

Looking to buy a cheap hull with hardware.. that only needs motor,esc,and radio.. Just getting back into r/c boats, and new to FE boats all together. Looking for fiberglass or wood and fiberglass hull... no ABS please.

About a 100 and below.. something stable, i used to a nitro tunnel, and it was fun but not that stable.

I have a MHZ "Scorpion" 20 inch, stepped mono hull... $75 + $10 shipping... Hull cost $100, plus they charge $25 for shipping... The hull is Yellow gellcoat, brand new, never drilled... I have hardware as well, but it's going to put you over your budget... But ask around about MHZ, it doesn't get any better... You can go on MHZUSA website to see the hull, let me know if you want pics...

Are you interested in a shovel nose sport hydro?

I have a few. One's a 24", the other a 25". Both fiberglass and have been recently referbished.

One of them will be in your price range, the other will be a few bucks more.

i have a mean machine that i can part with for real cheap...65.00 shipped...i had a lipo blow in it and it has a chip on the bottom..it has a speedmaster strut and 21 series rudder on it...it is a useable hull with some work..it handled great for me and was fairly stable...i was running high fifties with it which is really the max for this hull..let me know and i can send some pics..the boat is a blast when set up right

castle 1717..for most of its life...then i had the brainstorm of putting the leopard 5692 in it and i had a violent chain reaction when my motor mount broke loose and destroyed my lipo and motor shaft and flex cable...the price of speed i guess haha

Here's a 24" Shovel nose. PIP Bavaria (or something like that) circa 2002. It's the twin of the very good Bandit hull, but I never figured out which hull came out first.

It's fiberglass and has never been wrecked. But, it did have a few prop marks on the deck that have since been filled in. It was re-painted last year and it won N-2 Sport Hydro at the 2009 NAMBA Nat's in Michigan.

.062 wire drive with bearings and .062/5 mm flex hex included.

2 different style turn fins, Hitec MG 81 servo, 2 different style rudders.

The problem w/this hull is my poor attempt at using spray foam on the right side a few years ago. I did this to another boat and it came out rather easily.

Also, the hardware is very functional, but certainly not the "high end" stuff aka Speedmaster, etc.

$110 shipped.
