    WTB neu 1515 1Y

    Hey, Guys

I was hoping to find a neu 1515 1Y for a decent price (and by decent I mean inexpensive).
I know their not cheap but i thought that if anybody had one that their not using, or has slight damage that doesn't effect the performance. they may part with it.

    Let me know.

One more thing. I'm not interested in the castle model.

    Thanks.

Brand new but, finned. I just got a red Leopard cooler in the mail that will slip on just right after I cut the fins off of it in my lathe today.

If interested $175 with cooler shipped.

    LMK...

pictures before fins, need a few hours to cut off the fins. I'm doing this regardless of sale or not.

      Thanks Ray,

The reason i cant use the castle is that its too long for my application (75mm).
The nue is68.58mm, and i have 70mm to play with.

Thanks anyway, i wish it would fit as i too live in ONT, (Barrie), and it would get here quick. Or even pick it up depending on where you are?

Ray's isn't the Castle. It's a finned verion of the Neu.

Just wait, I'll machine off the fins and then you will see. I'll do progressive pics if i can remember....

I have a buyer for motor only by month end so, I'm in no rush to sell. Just thought a fellow Ontario boater would like a smack down deal on a NEW NEU, not castle.

                        Sorry Rummy,

I didn't realize that their was a finned nue 1515 1y. I assumed that you were talking about a castle 2200.

                        Steve.

Is that motor 68.5 long? If so i will take it. That is of-course that the lathe turning works out lol.

                          Steve.

                            It is 69.25mm long

The jacket fits well, not too tight or loose. I used a large Syringe with water and it has no leaks even if you move it on the motor case it is just fine.

I only could machine away so much of the motor case extrusion irregularity but, like I said it seals well under pressure test.

Pictures suck, I can repost using macro mode.

                            For now....
