WTB: 3/16" Flex cable pieces no stubs

Hey now,

I was thinking of making some of my own flexes or at least putting the stubs on myself.

I require 2 pieces of 3/16" flex cable, 12"-13" a piece.

Maybe someone has some scrap pieces laying around?

Let me know if you have any pieces slightly smaller, maybe I can make do with less?

Does Steve carry this stub? Octura OC68PS Prop Shaft - Stepped I was going to drill it out myself on the lathe.,..

is that a 1/4" stub? if your using 3/16 stub and .187 flex, they are the same diameter you will have to silver braze them together.

I know my friend. These are 1/4" stubbs that step down for 3/16" props. I want to run 3/16" cable inito them. I can either use locktite 648, 603 or silver solder them but, I prefer loctite.

My stinger is bored for 1/4" stub, I did that on purpose if I need to go to 1/4" in future. I know I don;t need 1/4" cable at this time.
