What size motor and esc, what battery set up? How much are you looking to spend? I have a sv27 esc for sale maybe a sv27 motor. I'm sure you can reach the speeds you are looking for with these.
SV27 STOCK, SV27 MODIFIED, H&M VIPER, LAP CAT 27" TUNNEL, TS2, 31 RICO, 22" KEYWEST CAT, RAPTOR AND THERE WILL BE MORE!

Does it have to be brushless? I think you are going to be hard pressed to find a power system that is worth anything in your price range. Even a brushed system for your boat would be a similar cost, maybe just under $100.

I will see what I have and what price it would have to be.

Just checked, Have a near new speed 700 and a RC-Hydros 7-12 cell 60amp brushed ESC. I would have to charge the same price ($110 shipped), though. FE is not cheap. Good luck with your search.
