What is the difference between the 2 and 2.0 or is there even 2 different ones?

Yes dx2 does not have exponential steering/ throttle features as well as some other features that the dx2.0 and dx3.0 have

The dx2 has enough features for a boat.......throttle features? For.a race car yes...not a boat....unless you want to spend bigger bucks go for it

Steering features?.....you only need the servo to turn the rudder 20deg each way

The. SR3000 that included in this deal go for $50 used all day long
