I decided to use the Neu for the use I had originally picked it up - my 22" Atlas (avatar). It ought to scooooooooooooooooooot on 2S let alone 3S - holy sheep dip fatman!!!
Sale is pretty much over, I will post anything else for sale in another thread. the last three sales permitted me to get my props out of hawk from the Egneg. Thanks guys, I hope you really enjoy your new toys. All have shipped, so let me know that you get them and you are completely satisfied or otherwise.
Its my FIRST scratch build (and first taste of the FE drug) from a Garry Finlay design of the 1977 Atlas Van Lines, 1/14 scale. I made my own cowl after the modern turbine monsters. I recently glassed the bottom and in light of the potential race in Pueblo with Rocky Mountain Thunderboats, I may be glassing the rest. The plans are free on RRR if you poke around. Its 22" long and reallllly light, so the glass helps the issue. I am thinking the 1515 might be a little huge for it and am tempted by Peters 1115 motor. I have an 8L in it now and on 3S it is easily over 40 mph with an X632 prop.
Sweet Jesse, I have a Vac-U-Pickle Hydro designed by Gary Finlay that I need to get working on, only this is 26" long. Im going to paint it the Atlas Van Lines. Mine has the old style Piston cowl. Maybe you and I will cross paths someday, and we can get our props wet Its nice knowing Im not the only one who is absolutely Nuts about RC Boats.
Three guys in our group run the vacu-pickle in LSH spec setup. It's a great running boat. You'll love it! I wish they would make one a little bit bigger and in Fiberglass. The plastic is hard to repair.

not yet, if you sent it to the corrected addy, then lets wait a few. I will get back in 10-15 min. You should be able to tell when you are one step from sending money, it will tell you that I have a verified account...
