well, you are thinking while i am buying....... i read that you have to check with your parents. that means that you are not commiting to buy it, it means that you are thinking about it. i already thought about it and checked with my mom and she said it was still for sale and ok for me to buy it.... if paul agrees that your quote of "I'll have to talk it over with the parentals, but i'd like to get the second one!!" is a commitment to purchase than he can return my payment and i'm ok with that. but i feel it is up to him to determing which of us commited to buy it first (and you still haven't). if you feel that checking with your parents to see if it is ok is commitment, then i feel that asking if it comes with a rudder is a commitment as well.....

Calm down guys. Here's a solution:

I have often found myself in a position where I have missed one item or another and if I recall correctly, while you were the seller, j.m.. If it comes down to it, I will offer the one I purchased to the other party, but if it has already shipped then it will be the same price plus I'll split the shipping to you. This boat was mainly intended for my wife, but I hate to see the hostility.

In the meantime, I do not believe it is necessary for anyone else to get involved. Simply wait for Paul or a Moderator to handle the situation.

But I'm not sure if Paul was planning on paying shipping to Hawaii either.

Let me make sure I got it straight. Are you talking about the white Budweiser Viper or the Red Budweiser Viper? I have the red one, Meniscus now has the white one.
