what's up with the balance tab on the bottom pack? Is the top pack puffed or does it just appear that way in the photo? thanks!

They aren't puffed, and they are in great working shape. They will hold a charge and run well in my boats. The balance plug on the one got a nick in it where it rubbed the flex cable in one of my boats, but never touched one another. Thanks
