I'm going to wait 24hrs. Yesterday he said he was shipping them out, but he said the same thing the day before. I paid him on the 4th! Then today he sends me a partial refund w/ no messages, no communication at all. I've sent him emails giving him plenty of opertunity to communicate something, ANYTHING would be nice. Who got my batteries? I don't care, but just tell me something and give me all my money back! If there's some big dramatic problem, just tell me and I'll erase all this; if not EVERYONE CAN READ ABOUT IT HERE.

you are correct sir....not only was it not as pictured but the pictures he posted were of something he sold 6 weeks ago....why do you think at the beginning of this thread he states right above his picturs that the pictures were taken just moments ago...lol

JP, I think its time to straighten up if you want to keep doing business on this forum. You have demonstrated an increasingly reliable sketchiness in your transactions. Either you are being sloppy and pissing people off unintentionally, or you truly are taking advantage of the good-faith factor of this marketplace.

I recommend that you make things right with those who you have treated unfairly and you just might save your name. If that is not important to you then you should probably find some other way/place to do your business.

i am just a newbie to all of this and thus far , here on ebay whatever i have found a new trust for people overall. my dealings are usually small but when i think that it is with someone 1000 miles away i will probably never see , that could pretty much do anything and get away with it (some what!) i i am glad to say i trust you man !
please dont violate the trust ! stay the course and the shall be rewarded in the end !

ohh man, good timing, well, batteries are up in the air. I was reading about this guy and his HYDRA-120 for sale and the pictures. From the very first time when I saw his picture of CC Hydra-120 wich I know how it looks I knew somethink is not right.... And now here he comes again....

I am on here now and have sent him a refund, all I did was hit refund payment and it sent exactly what he sent back. The reason was kburrows bought my bought and batteries, his payment arrived today! I am shipping his boat and batteries out tomorrow. As for the hydra, I've stated that he would get a refund as soon as he returned it and I checked it out. I am not gonna send money to someone who could have burnt it up and then wanted a refund. Let me know the difference and I'll gladly pay you TCR for the batteries. You sent $175 and I sent back $175. What are you talking about? I hit the refund button on paypal and can post a link of the paypal link if needed. The only thing I could think of is the paypal fees, like $4
