Do you have a welding supply store around? You can use stainless steel welding rods. takes some extra time to work with, but they are much stronger than most others.

If you LHS does not have push rods in the RC plane section you should be able to find what you need on Tower Hobbies.

Also, Steven have you ever tried these out from Dubro? If they are good would you be able to stock them?

                  Hi Steven,

Those pushrod seals are from Bru Line...and springs fit over the clevises to keep them from opening up accidentally...when you want to remove the clevis from your horn/ arm, you just pull back on the spring which then lets you open the clevis.

Rather than buying the springs and clamps together, I just buy the clamps and then use a small section of fuel tubing to secure the clamp, it serves the same purpose. I will try and get a picture today.

bustitup, I have bought many of these from Aeromarine Laminates. They still sell them (the springs are sold with the clevises), just checked. Maybe Steven can get them for you (OSE).

I agree with that also. It has worked well for me too...

Steve look at these but you have to buy quantity.....the second link is to the ends you can solder on to make the length you want

To connect the other end of the rod to the control you can put a Z-bend on the rod, use a solder clevis (GPMQ3815), or use a screw-lock pushrod connector (GPMQ3871).
