    Shipping & Terms of Sale

In going over listings and in light of recent issue I feel a slight addition to the listing requirments is in order from today forward.

Listings should clearly state what type of shipping and insurance is included.

I will also be looking for the terms of sale.

For example : Used items be listed as sold as is. This is a very good idea with electronics.

If the seller is offering a new item or a No Dead On Arival clause for used electronics the following information must be included.
Exactly who is replacing the item. The seller or the factory via a warrantee.

99% of the time a clear well thought out description and 3 or 4 dollars spent on insurance will save alot of undo stress.
I will PM sellers with a request to ammend listings. If I do not get a reply with in 24 hours I will remove the listing.

I don't know about FedEx or UPS.... but when dealing with the USPS; many times they dictate the "type" of shipping based on the box size, the package weight, or even where you will be shipping. I guess my point is, I don't always know what type of shipping will be required until I get to the post office.

Probably just whether or not shipping and/or insurance is included in the price or is extra would suffice.

I have a request. Can the threads be re-titled to "Sold" when item(s) have been sold? It would save a lot of time looking through threads only to find out items are not for sale any longer. Thanks!!
