Now I'm in Canada, so the shipping would be extra to send it here, but I did a little (with the emphasis on little) math to see what kind of a deal this works out to for our U.S friends.

The battery and charger are listed at 19.99 on the Proboat website...

The complete setup (boat, radio, battery and charger) are listed at 79.99

So this basically costs the exact same as a new boat from the store...where you could pick it up without shipping charges (like if you bought it here)...but also be able to return it if there were any issues (unlike here)...

Stinger9D9: Actually, $80 doesn't include battery and charger, so the discount is $20 (if the motor is still in it). You are probably referring to the $99 boat batt and charger, like at horizon hobbies. Even OFE has just boat for $80. might want to check your math.

or, you could just use a battery and charger the you already have.
"BRAND NEW IN PACKAGE" would definately have taken more pics if selling on ebay, i shouldnt have assumed...my bad. it has brand new stock motor and ESC/receiver. will post pics of inside when i get home. or you can check it out on OSE under Electric Boats. specs, pics, a video and all. thanks for the bumps.
