Yes it will, I never had mine even get hot and that was when it was pushing a KB 8XL in a 32in mono. Of course it was water cooled as well.
Here is the link with some info on Hobby City's website.

The hull is a 32" Aeromarine Scorpion mono with a KB 8XL on 2ea AirPower 3S2P 6400mah lipos in series. I was using the Hex120 with a UBEC and a Graupner Carbon Fiber 40mm prop. The only things that got kinda warm were the motor and the batteries (around 130 degrees). I never GPS'd it with that setup but I would estimate it was running at about 40mph. It is a heavy boat. It originally came with a CMB .21 nitro motor in it. I think I blew the Hex 120 when I connected it to a bad motor and it smoked a FET on the ESC.
I am now running an Feigao 11XL on 6S with an water cooled/Fan Cooled HM200A ESC and a Grim Racer 40x52 prop. It runs less than 120 degrees motor and batteries and about 40 - 45mph. I am still tuning it though, I am hoping for 50mph.SoCal Fast Electrics|H&M Drifter S-CC1512/4S/T180A|Aeromarine Scorpion 32"- UL-1/4S/HM200A|Insane 34- CC1515 1Y/4S2P/T180A|BK Bandit S-CC1515 1Y/4S2P/T180A|Insane FE30 UL-1/4S/ETTI 150Comment
