Selling this cheap

There is something wrong with it, i am not at all sure as to what it is.
Motor arms fine but when you go to give it any throttle it will just chatter a bit.
Motor is not locked up at all.
There is absolutely no play at all in the motor shaft.
Comes with the 3mm plugs on the motor wires.
Motor shows no sign of damage at all from what i can see.
I am not an expert on these bl motors though.
Has to be something simple.
Motor is sold as is.

What ESC were you running with it? That "Chatter" may be the ESC motor timing. Just a thought.

It was with the stock SV ESC.

I bought a used Sv that had this motor in it, guy i bought it from bench tested the boat and everything checked out.
When i received it i couldnt get the motor to do anything besides just chatter.
Tried the motor on another ESC that i knew worked and i got the same results.

That sounds exactly like what happened to the first motor I got with my SV27. It turned freely (besides the heavy cogging) but it was dead (Hobby Services replaced it).

I also bought a used one (that the seller was not forthcoming about) and I fried my 70 amp Etti ESC with it on the 2nd time out.

Hopefully this motor doesn't suffer from either of those problems.
