Steven i have one of these and swaped out the motor with a mod zen and all speedmaster hardware and love this boat we have a bunch of us who have this boat and have a blast with it we were getting 47-53 mph and running for about 15-20mins this boat is good but the stock motor sucked they were having all kinds of problems i think thats why they are doing away with it................

Got the boat yesterday and I am impressed with the build quality. It is fully updated with the exhaust port support and header with better welds. i plan on running the Fuji and taking full adantage of the warranty on it. A RCMK is in the future for this boat but not for a while.

      thanks!!

got it on the water on saturday for about 3 mins then it stalled (LS needle was too rich, engine loaded up)

I hooked it with the tennis ball but got a little excited dragging it in and sunk the back end

had to put on the life jacket and go for a swim
          :

when I got it on shore the radiobox was full of water. got some tuning done on sunday and should have it back on the water wed, or thurs. I'm going to try running without a radiobox with a couple waterproof servos.

Thanks again OSE for the great deal on the boat. It'll have a RCMK by the fall

Looking Sweet! I've seen those boats turn well at high speeds,, I'm surprised there are not more electric conversions.

Yea i saw the thread a few months back, but what I meant is that I'm surprised alot more have not made the conversion.

With gas and nitro boats you need a lot of time to tune the engine and until you do so, it will stall many times. Try a small recovery-rescue boat.
