12. NO PayPal fees can be added to the listing. For example, $20 and if paid with PayPal an extra 2%. As a user of PayPal, it's against the PayPal rules and regulations to charge a fee to a buyer. Asking buyers to send payments by PayPal "Gift" is also not allowed. If need be, add the associated cost of the PayPal fees to your item cost.

I calculated the shipping from your address and UPS was the cheapest at $21.66. So the total would be $60 plus $21.66 for a grand total of $81.66. I just got your last PM and checked my
Paypal and I did receive $58.21 from you. That would leave $23.45 still remaining. Can you please send me $23.45 via Paypal?

Wow. This arrived today. You can?t say it was shipping because I see all the CA repairs. The transom is caved in around the rudder. How can you say this is in good condition. It?s ready for the trash.

It did have some CA cracks repaired, but the transom was done in shipping. If you want your money back, I'll send a check for the amount I got from PayPal. $58.21. If I go thru Paypal they might take 3% out again.
