RC Boat Company 1/6 scale Hydro FS UL-55

I bought this hull (SG8255H-GS) four years ago with the intention of doing the UL-55 MISS KISS hydro gas scale, but 10s and/or 12s electric. I laid down carbon/kevlar inside, painted the top black and bottom white. Drilled holes for everything, installed a front lip, then let it sit in storage until a few days ago.

It hasn?t hit water yet. The hull and all running surfaces are perfect. It obviously needs finishing work which I don?t have time for.

I paid $800 for the hull and around $115 shipped from FL.

You going gas or electric?

On the fence, most of my stuff is FE, but I have never run 56 series motors. Highest draw i have seen in my 1/8 scales is 225amps. So I am leaning gas.

56XX motors and 12s is a lot of fun. I rarely get higher than 260a on 12s oval setups.
