F/s black castle 1717 1650kv

Hello gents. I had this motor for a project and I no longer need it. It looks brand new, I?m not sure if it?s ever even been used. I don?t see a set screw mark on the shaft. It?s a 1717 1650kv monster. I didn?t see any on eBay to get a price, all I saw was a green one for $190......so does $100 shipped in the U.S. sound fair? PayPal only please.
