    sorry to hear they messed it up but glad to hear you have the know how to repair it. been pretty mild here but winter isn't over yet !
    been playing with air boats, they go just fine on snow and frozen lakes. enjoy your new toy.

      File a damage claim with UPS. Even if the seller didn't pay for additional insurance, there is a minimum of $100 insurance included with ground shipments. I've had them cover the cost of shipping as well as a replacement hull in the past for damaged shipments. Even if you fix it yourself, get compensated for your time and materials.
