15 = 1.5 pitch ratio = 2.4" or 61mm of Pitch
17 = 17 degrees of rake
45 = blade area ratio
(2) = number of blades
CL= Cleaver
L = left hand rotation

Balanced , Sharpened, and Hardened.
It has only been run one time for testing, that is when I found out I needed a larger Dia.
