The price I posted was $235 plus shipping. You PMd me asking for best price to Cali and I replied with “$265 make offers on thread”. The $265 price was based on the $27 shipping estimate I received from FedEx. With that in mind, I figured I could ship anywhere in US and all I would need is $235 to break even after shipping and PayPal fees.
I learned that FedEx will give you an estimate based on weight, what it does not tell you is they will account for the box size after it is received and charge the difference owed to the credit card used to buy the shipping label. Without the box size accounted for, the price was $27. After they receive it and input the box size, the price goes up to $79.
Now that I’ve explained every detail, I think it’s fair to say the deal met an unfortunate situation, and your immediate attitude towards me did not result in my eagerness to compromise a solution we could both be satisfied with. So in turn, your payment was refunded and someone else stepped up to a fair deal so I could break even.
