I don't need to send a pic to OSE, I bought them from you. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, just ordered matching 6.5mm connectors so I can make charge leads up and see how they charge and balance out, first pulling them down to a proper storage charge. If they cycle, charge and balance properly then I'll keep them and if not they'll be coming back to you.- IMPBA Hall of Fame -

Thanks Don. I assure you they will charge and balance out. I would have never sold them if I thought they were bad. I was just selling them because our club shut down and I didn’t want them to go bad just sitting around. Thanks and let me knowComment

So just so I got this right...I sent you money first and I trusted YOU to ship the batteries to me. Now you want me to trust YOU by sending the batteries back before you issue a refund. That is a little backwards and I see the type of person you are now. I guess its no longer a misunderstanding? I guess we will let paypal handle it and see where it goes. This will be my last post here, I hope you take you wife out for a nice dinner on my dime, Karma will catch up to you.Team Liquid DashComment

I don’t need your money. But I’m not sending a refund til they get here in the same condition. And what you paid me won’t pay for a nice dinner by the way. Contact Paypal. I have every message and original post where they were list and in which condition they were in. I offered a refund once they arrive. Money is in Paypal right now. ThanksComment

I sold one to insanity but he is wanting to send it back. He got the one never used but says the cellls don’t match exactly. I think he is sending it back. If he does they both will be for sell but I will charge them and cycle them and put a storage charge on them so you can see they balance out. 1 has never been used and one is used.Comment

Sending back, and I don’t expect them to be in original box... but when I have new batteries with nearly the same date stamped on them that are no where near the levels of yours, I get an uneasy feeling. I don’t mind year old batteries because I know mine are perfectly fine, maybe it’s the way I store them... I’ve learned a lesson, when buying batteries second hand, new or used, be sure to see cell counts prior to purchase. That’s how I sell mine and never had a problem. I’ll send back on my dime with tracking, refund before or after receiving as you see fit. I don’t believe it’s your intention to screw me on a refund. The 6s is brand new and never been ran or charged. The 3s were sold as used and you wanted them. The 4s 1 was new and 1 used a few times. The 3s and 1 4s have been charged and used but it’s been along time ago. All batts were stored in a case and sitting for awhile. I guess I should have charged them for you guys or better yet would you brand new batteries just ordered from ose or something. You bought them second hand and expect them to be in a box or something.IMPBA 20583Comment

Raydee I see you’ve contacted PayPal so I will send him every one of our messages and the items listed in the ad just so they can be clear you got what you asked for then they will have both sides of the storyComment

No problem just make sure you include the very first post where you are selling brand new packs and then when I posted that the cells are all out of balance you posted this
"It should catch up. Used just a handful of times. Should be OK"
On what planet are those brand new?

Honestly I am sick of arguing over $100 batteries. Either you are going to do the right thing and refund my money and take these batteries back or you are not. I really just want to wash my hands of this crap and not deal with you ever again.

Threw a plug on the 6s and it balanced out quick with no issues, I’ll hang on to it. Not sure how you store them but think about placing them inside a freezer bag and in the refrigerator, it slows down the cells and helps to preserve them.

Ok so I made up charge leads today and first pulled both packs to storage charge (pic#1). Pack #1 hit storage fairly quickly, pack #2 took a good bit longer. Then charged both packs up, pack #1 charged up and balanced out in about 40 minutes (pic #2), pack #2 never fully charged as it would hit the 2hr timer limit before pack would balance as there is one weak cell (pic #3). Did the storage charge/recharge three times total in effort to exercise pack into coming back with no luck, timed out each cycle (pic#4). The other thing that concerns me is that pack #2 got noticeably warm during charging phase so it's safe to say it's got an issue. I've seen this happen to others when they left packs charged while storing and not bringing to proper storage charge. So with all that being said I'm willing to keep pack #1 but am rather nervous about shipping pack #2 back with a bad cell even at storage charge level. Consider this- a refund of 1/2 of what I paid and I will provide pics proving proper disposal of pack #2 (full discharge, salt water bath, etc.). Really had hoped they both would be ok and gave it a good shot.- IMPBA Hall of Fame -
