Bought Jan18, very fast, agile. I bought it for it's reputation as a rocket, and it really is. I got to 67mph with just tuning and swapping props. If you want a rocket, this is it! However, for my preference, I like mono hulls larger 2 motor cats more. So this one is up for sale.

I upgraded the cooling/routing, changed to 8mm OSE convectors and installed an OSE flex shaft.
I also moved the receiver to the outside so I could lengthen the antenna.
Without going overboard, thats all i felt needed change. It is very dry.

I have flipped it on rare occasion during speed runs.
Flips never damaged anything except a few stress cracks on the canopy. (see pics)
None on the hull.

Comes with stock remote, manual, stand, and B&S stock prop.

Alright... Funds have been sent and Paul has sent me a tracking number.
We settled on ARTR with no remote, receiver or prop for the $275 with the seller (Paul) covering the shipping costs to me.

Paul,
The package arrived yesterday with no obvious harm to the box.
However, there are a few things I'm disappointed with:
1.) There are some stress cracks on the top side of the hull in front of the canopy. These are just as obvious as the ones in the canopy which you disclosed but said there were none in the hull.
2.) The rudder offset arm is slightly bent and unusually loose. I tightened the bolts, but still more movement then there should be, IMO.
3.) The servo is shot. Gears are completely striped out.
4.) Listing said it came with the manual and stand. I didn’t get those. You show the stand in the photos.

Going to cost $25 to replace the servo and a new rudder set which includes the offset arm and the rudder is $47. I only need the rudder offset arm so I’d cut that down to $15.
I’m looking at a $40 refund on these issues and I’d like the stand and manual sent to me.
If we can’t come to terms on that I’ll just ship the boat back to you for a full refund ($275) with me covering the shipping expenses back to you.

I am very sorry you are unhappy with this transaction. I clearly did not look as the boat closely as you did.
Regardless, I want you to be happy with the transaction. Also, in the future I will look with more scrutiny at my offers as to ANY wear and tear.

Do you want to ship the boat back to me at MY expense or would you like the manual, stand and $45 to cover the PayPal transaction to you?

I don't want any ill will.

Just posting here to keep the goings on out in the open...

Paul responded very quickly this morning via PM. He has been apologetic and is willing to do whatever necessary to satisfy. We are going to go the route of him refunding $40 back via PayPal and he will be sending me the stand and manual.

Despite the issues here, Paul has been good to deal with, very responsive and fair. I would still recommend purchasing or selling to him. I will be leaving him some positive feedback on iTrader once these couple issues are settled up.
