FWIW, I see castle 6.5mm connectors and something like a 90* elbows on the ESC motor wires. Aside from those changes, the boat does appear fully stock.

Sharp eyes those are “200 amp “ connectors. They replace the stock ec5s.(100 amp”)

Full disclosure:

Cooling improvements

I opened up the water inlets (they were almost painted shut)
Increased the cooling line diameter.
Re-routed the cooling lines to reduce length and bends
Replaced the cooling outlets with larger diameter

Electrical.
Motor connectors changed to castle 6.5.( they are cooler than stock)
Batteries, 6,5 castle
Swapped out line caps from 2-35v 330uf to fast 2-35v 1000 if rubicon caps.( more punchy acceleration)

Greased the shafts before every outing. Bought new in August.
