Hull is capable of 50+ mph and runs good with 42-45mm props. Cooling works well, I have datalogs if you are interested in seeing any information on the setup.

Yes I was using a 1450kv motor, topped out at 55mph on 6s with a M645 prop.

Do you use a sub hatch and tape to seal ?

The hatch that comes with the boat I use foam weatherstripping on the underside and then use (3) M3 screws to hold down the hatch in additiona to hatch tape. Seals up very well.
