TFL Mini Zonda 27" All Carbon Fiber Catamaran

TFL Mini-Zonda 27" Carbon Fiber Catamaran hull. Brand new, never drilled.

These are rare, and no longer being made.

I had this made for me so I could equip it for N2-Cat SAW racing, but I'm just not going to get to it. My Loss... SUPER nice hull!!

    $275.00 Shipped in the USA

Pretty sure this is mine, it will pair nicely with the DF26. Can you help me with hardware selection and basic setup direction? Hard ti find much info on this hull. What would a ballpark sport setup speed be?

Ummmm... for spirited sport running, I'd probably put a TP 3630 or 3640 1900 KV or so, running through a 120 to 150 esc (Hobbywing, Dynamite, OSE Raider) and run it on 4S, with a 2S pack on either side. Should rip.

I think Speedmaster mini 21 hardware will fit.

If you want it you'd better speak up definitively, because I have it posted on Facebook and there is a lot of interest there. Might not last long.

I'll take it. Single motor, where's the fun in that? twin 28 motors seems like a winner. Am I crazy?

Think the batteries will still be able to fit in the sponsons in a twin setup, or would they have to ride up on the tunnel to keep COG reasonable?

Guys this is the same mini hull I'm running, it went 92mph on 4s with ease. It has more in it for sure. It's a miniature zones and a smaller version of the 32" Rivercat/apparition. Awesome little boat. It runs very well as a single. I'm sure it would too as a twin, my spare hull was planned as a twin just for kicks.

You'd have to run some small batts/motors. I don't think you'd fit twin 36mm motors in it, maybe like a 29mm or even smaller. I had some 22 or 24mm (I can't remember what size) neu motors for mine.

Hey Travis. Just came across your mini build. Looks like a single setup has plenty of potential. Twins would just look awesome, but at twice the price and certainly 4x the aggravation, I'm quickly doubting that option.

Oh it's a cool boat no doubt!!! I've never seen one RUN, but sounds like a speed demon.
