Sidebar, does that 90* fitting thread in or was it glued? I've had a hell of a time finding something that would thread into the existing threads

This 90 degree fitting (5mm/80) threaded in BUT to get it pointing where I wanted it didn't seat tightly enough to seal, so I used some sealant. In other cases I just run a 5mm tap through but this cooling can wasn't removable to do that. PM me for more if needed - my phone alerts me when I get a response & I think : Yay - a buyer ! ( It's important to be alert - America needs lerts)

I thought I was the only one having problems with the fittings. Like chopper I used some sealants, more like epoxied in. . .is that bad?

I just forked over the 2017 registration bucks for my motorcycle, car, insured both, smogged the Exploder. I'm just trying to raise some moola to pay for my ballet lessons. If you really need the motor we can work something out.
