22" WildThing Mono ALL Carbon Fiber Time-Trial Boat - ARTR

One-Of-a-Kind completely custom built All Carbon Fiber 22" WildThing Mono Time-Trial boat, version V3.0. This was the third 22" WildThing I built for running NAMBA SAWS.

Hull is vacuum-bagged Carbon Fiber layup. Everything on the boat was fabricated by me, with the intention of building THE LIGHTEST, most efficient NAMBA N1-Mono, IMPBA N-Stock/N-SuperStock Time-Trial boat.

Comes equipped as shown, complete with all running hardware, steering servo, flex cable with bearings, etc. You simply need to drop in the power system and radio gear.

Deck height is as low as practical. Anything not needed wasn't put in, to keep the weight down as much as possible. Weight, as pictured, is 13.9oz. RTR weight, including a 5000mAh 2S pack, would be in the 1lb 10oz area.

NOTE: The strake design on this boat is setup for the boat to go STRAIGHT, as fast as possible. It requires you to spend the time to tune and get the hull balanced side-to-side well. Do that, and it'll FLY (relatively speaking... ) The strakes are made of laminated balsa, so they COULD be removed with a razor knife and some sanding, if you wanted a more general purpose setup.

That last picture is of my V2.0 boat, to show you how the power system was setup. Laid out for maximum flexibility of power options as well.

    $225.00 SHIPPED (USA)
