I can understand your want to get a little extra for the waterproof case, but I don't have a use for that. Looks too big for the space I have.
And I've bought a few of these ESCs for $200 used and couldn't see spending much more.

So with all the said, I'd offer you $225 shipped. That's the best I can do. LMK
