Regretfully selling my Carbon Fiber Fightercat Rivercat. Built by kfxguy about 2 years ago and has only seen fresh water twice for a total of 20 mins run time in those 2 years. I just have not had the time for it and it sits.
I’ll try to list what I remember but I haven’t touched it and can’t remember everything, but you’ve seen his builds and know this is built right. Any specific questions or if you need additional pictures let me know. Pretty firm at $1000 plus shipping. I really don’t want to sell it, but it kills me to see it collecting dust.
- Motor is a Castle 1518 which came off one of his own boats that ran 85+ MPH, the bearings were upgraded to ceramic.
- Sea King 180 ESC with lots of extra capacitors, some under the front hull
- Savox waterproof servo
- Spectrum DX2E transmitter and receiver
- 2 sets of props and shafts, 1 is good for 65PMH and the other for 80 MPH +, only tried the larger prop for a few runs and it was way too fast for the lake I was in.
- Quick lube fitting for shaft with new Grease tube and pump included.
- Re-enforced hull with foam in the front
- Waterlines all tucked nice and clean.
- Set to run on 6S with 2 sets of LiPo batteries included, 2 Turnigy 40C and 2 Venom 50C 5000maH.
- Castle high current plugs all around, including a set for your charger to charge batts
