ML Boatworks GP400 Kit w/Epoxy Cowl and Hardware - needs Finishing

    Sold! Thanks OSE!

For Sale - ML Boatworks GP400 Hydroplane. Sponsons and center section are finished, with some carbon Fiber inlay completed. The remainder of the carbon fiber will be included to finish the inlay. You will need to add your own floatation. If there are any other areas that you would normally strengthen, now would be the perfect time to do so; and then install the decks. All the parts required to finish the boat are there and will be included. At that point the sponsons can be attached. The epoxy cowl will need to be trimmed and then final sealing and painting can be done. A SpeedMaster Rudder, Strut, and a Virginia Craftsman Turn fin are included, as well as a Feetech FT5515M Digital Metal Gear HiTorque Servo - rated at 215 oz in at 6V. I started this boat, and lost interest, got out of boating, and it has been sitting ever since. It has been weighted down to keep it flat, and the sponsons have been kept clamped together to keep them straight as well. The CF was installed with West Systems. Boat was built to the best of my abilities. I think it will make a great performance sport hydroplane. $350 Shipped, and insured. Will be well packed.

If you could do $300, We could have a deal. Shipping is going to cost between $40 and $60 insured, either FedEx or UPS Ground. The cost of the boat and parts alone are worth more than $300.

Bump - Price reduced to $250 + actual shipping. Completed hull, sponsons, all wood parts to finish the hull, epoxy cowl, carbon fiber cloth to strengthen the hull, Rudder, Strut, V.C. Turnfin, and hi torque steering servo included at this price. I've built some kits before, a Zipp Kits Rocket, a MGB rigger, and a dumas Atlas, and many nitro and gas fiberglass hulls. This one was started with the experience from those, and there is a lot to work with here to get the boat the way you want it and running well.
