Hi Ken,
The HobbyKing Website says "Fast charge capable, up to 15C on some batteries." The batteries do not specify the charge rate on the front and I have a back side covered with Velcro that has been there since new and thus very stuck on there. I don't want to risk prying off and bending and/or damaging the batteries. I charge all my batteries at 1C so this never really mattered to me.

I do NOT have a charger that can measure internal resistance values. Sorry.

Also I may have another (2) two of these 2s batteries for a total of (7) seven. I was offering a RTR boat with a set of these but there may be a sale pending in which the buyer doesn't want the batteries.

Those batteries in particular are hardly used. Maybe a half dozen runs at best and solid as a brick.
